I have ZERO position in FP and nobody appointed me a monitor of all 1000 boards.. But that doesn't stop anyone from trying to create a level playing field ..

When you post price updates with glib remarks meant to scare those with differing opinions without any factual basis and since you said you are an attorney i agree that it appears to be manipulative in nature. Is it possible you KNOW what I am talking about?

I sense that the shorts are getting desperate, and in fact are trying to intimidate the longs on this board. I am long FP, and intend to stay that way.

Anthony and Pinko, If you want to sue me for presenting facts or opinions that might cause shorts to want to cover, go right ahead. Be advised, though, you might have to stand in line because a lot of shorts are going to lose both their shorts and shirts when FP is bought out for a lot more than $20/share.
