I will report back from my due-dili on Actrade in two weeks.

So far, Actrade Int'l (exports Bard and Fan Coils--did 7.8 mil. sales
$100,000 plus net income last year 10-K) will do about the same to slightly lower revenue this year. The products it sells are unique to the markets it sells to. Asia, so far, has not decreased its business, but new business has been decreased due to US dollar strength and Asian turmoil. However, I thought why not just sell this division since it is such a small part of Actrade's overall business?

This division uses practically NO CAPITAL, so no reason not to keep.
Back to back sales require no to little capital with no risk.

Can the TAD Program develop into a "credit card" for business? How is their distribution infrastructure developing? If US economy goes into a recession, then Capital should see easier sales growth with better credit quality. Keep your fingers crossed.
We will see.

I have bought 2,500 shares at 10.75 last week (thank you Mr.Market), so be aware of any bias.
