>>>He suggests the market on Friday could go up and could go down <<< I hate to admit it but I actually agree if Asia recovers and the GLOBEX cooperates. There are too many variables right now but that is not saying that we don't have plans in effect.

If Asia melts down and both they and Europe sell our equities forcing us down, we cannot over come that. However as stated last weekend, the higher the indexes tomorrow on the close, the better the put writers come out of this triple witch. Since I have been trading IBM I will use that as an example. at most strikes on puts there are 5000 or less puts out there with most of them being 1000 or below (from memory) however there were 9990 puts at strike 125. Now those guys that wrote those do not want IBM to close below 125 enough for those to be exercised. The calls were fairly distributed so they are pretty much non-players in the equation. The indexes are even worse since no one thought we would be at these levels a few months ago and writing puts 10-20% below current price levels seemed like easy money due to the high premiums. Now they are looking at writing some really big checks Saturday. Basically what I am taking a long time to say is if the big guns can rally this market up for one more day Friday, they can save as much money as they spend buying to do so and at least have the chance of unloading stock later to the poor sheeple that think we are going back to 9300 in a few weeks. If they don't, they will lose the money automatically when the market closes tomorrow. Therefor, they will try to prop the market up. It boils down to the world Vs the big stateside money.

The one thing we can all agree on is tomorrow will be interesting and profitable to those with a solid game plan and quick trigger fingers. I need to go see where the options stand now on open interest.

Good luck

Lee
