"In the health fraud area, when they get a warning letter, most people take their profits and run,"

Yeah, but maybe the issue is that they already taken the money and ran. We sure haven't seen this company make ANY REPORT of its financial condition as required by the SEC.

Since they sold 4 million shares to private investors and should have netted at lease $1 million in profits from those sales, they should have something left over to pay for the auditors.

Waiting for the SEC to make a decision on something is no excuse for not filing a 10K. The SEC would not prevent the company from filing a 10K until they made a decision. The decision is SOLELY the responsibility of AZNT.

They are delaying the filing and creating the uncertainty that exists around this stock, an uncertainty that the thread skeptics are taking note of, while folks like Bmart and Bgtit are IGNORING.

Such an intentional delay by the management does not, IMO, display concern for shareholders. Futhermore, IMO, I grow more suspicious that this stock story has a potentially more sinister side. One possible scenario might be the diversion of private investor's money to personal purposes.

Putting off the 10K filing is merely a sham for delaying the inevitable, a full accounting of the company's operations. And since this is a Nevada corporation, management can not be sued for actions of the corporation (which is nothing more than a non-living legal entity controlled by others).

I TRULY hope that I'm wrong.

Regards,

Ron
