More than are willing to admit it publicly. I have suffered severely since July for not following this simply rule. And guess what, I still don't follow it. And you what when I do follow it the stock inevitably moves up shortly thereafter. At the time it felt great as they continued lower but just recently, in hindsight I would've been better off just holding. Good luck to you in getting it right. Discipline is number 1 rule.
