Joe,

Clinton was perfectly happy to keep his private affairs private. It was the "ambitious" special prosecutor who decided to bring these matters out in the open.

After 5 years of nothing, Starr was desperate for a kill and decided to drag the whole country into the mire.

1. Clinton's sex life never should have been investigated.
2. Clinton should never have been questioned under oath about his sex life.
3. Starr should have had the common decency to keep his mouth shut about the whole thing.
