Michael, I think in a case of default it becomes a clean pounce with no others be able to insert litigious stuff to delay the devouring of the prey.

Implication of transfer--It is my understanding that this was a requirement of the Trillon loan when it was originally made. This is good business practice by Trillon (ie follow up on original deal to make sure terms and conditions are complied with). This also implies that Trillon will be ready to take over Kemess in the event of default. Royal Oak is walking a tightrope for survival.
