If this were in fact true, LGND would have moved back up to the 9-10 range. There appears to be a lot of fear in the market and the only reason why bio's are not getting hit as hard is due to the fact that they were already beaten down. >boy, we can only hope they are and the news is good! ;-) Just good news never seems to help. What is needed is unexpected good news. We should also not forget that there can also be bad news. LGND mentioned that cash will be needed to fund operations and that they may have to issue securities that will cause substaintial dilution. While this is already priced in the stock (this is most likely the reason for the recent drop to $5 1/2), additional dilution won't be a good thing. --Tony
