Court hearing today:Aurl will argue to have the whole case thrown out and Creaf will argue to have the case continued,if Creaf wins the case will be heard on Oct 2nd but if Aurl wins the case will get thrown out.As far as buy back IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN in November with a 10% buy back restriction per year.Singapore has realized that better than Nasdaq so it tries to move higher. Received an email from Shopper.com awhile ago forgot to share. As you can see its based on hits. Creative has a link to shopper.com for every product----> high on charts. I watched Greenspan today give a speech at some economics convention and had to laugh. This guy is great, he had a comment on news articles that made me laugh. Also at the end of his speech he was given a gift. A cassette tape with the song "You got the whole world in your hands". I really dont know what to think about Creative.
