Hi Tim, I got up to exercise and instead decided to sell some of my ASND... Yesterday's jump was too easy (reminds me of last year with Maria's CNBC jump) I'll get back in lower because I still like ASND even without the takeover, but do not want to pay takeover premium prices. Frankly I would opt to sell on a LU takeover since I do not wish to hold LU stock. I would hold ASND (even with no takeover). Why? Because ASND is in the sweet-spot of the internet, selling core ATM switches. Unless Cisco can push IP over DWDM, cutting out the ATM switches, (which may be the trend for the newer providers), ASND is well-entrenched in the conventional carrier space (Bell Atlantic, PacBell and the likes). What do you think? Clare
