"I also have confirmed with Kevin Holmes at CFG that the TISS deal is still set."

Hello all. I am here. I had called David on monday of this week with several questions and concerns. We had a very pleasant conversation.
I just loved the above quote and had to laugh out loud at myself. I had trusted these people for a long time since they were basically the best source of information when David could not be reached. And they should be right? They are the PR for WINR after all. Well, I have changed my stance on that. I have had nothing but carrots dangled in front of my face for the past four months about this and that happening. Nothing has happened in the way I was being told. Furthermore, I have caught CFG in lies or misrepresentations, and for the last time. To let you know the latest, WINR has not received a dime from interBet as of today for any licenses according to the CEO, David. Remember what I had reported? My source is fully going to be David from here on out, so if anyone posts info from CFG, I would and could care less at this point.

On to business. WINR has their own product finished. This is the fact from David. He admits his lax approach to keeping after interBet and their progress. interBet is a company who has never taken bets for real wagering-it has always been for fun, but that is going to change. interBet is moving offshore(of the US) to set up operations for this purpose and will be using WINR's processing system. That finished joint venture will be ready when it is ready, but David placed yet another deadline of October 1, 1998, so we will see what happens as far as meeting that deadline goes.
According to David, there are several operators looking at using WINR, but they are skeptical that it will do what it says it will do. One could wonder why these companies don't just see it in action for themselves in demo form, but they don't want that. They want to see someone, anyone, actually use it for real and not have problems with the system. No way do these other established entities want to screw around with a new product if it has not been proven in real live situations. Here is where interBet fits in. interBet will be the company that uses WINR's system live in order to show the other operators its utility and characteristics. Why interBet? I do not know for sure beyond the fact that they have nothing to lose since they are not even an established online gaming entity yet using any accounting service such as WINR. interBet will be the forum for WINR to show the other operators that it works and does what it claims to do. This is the importance of interBet.
TISS is not near completion as I know it. TISS has a major problem that could botch the whole deal. It is a simple thing, but could prove major. TISS-related activities include 1-800 sportsbooking, and this arm of their business is currently being investigated since it is illegal to accept bets from the US. WINR may be ready to interface, but they have expressed concern about the 1-800 situation. Basically, WINR has said that they do not want to hook up with TISS if TISS doesn't stop using the 1-800 sportbooking as a means of business. BUT, if TISS does comply with this, then WINR and TISS would be a go. Some will say they are close, but now you know what this really means.

The status is this. WINR has their product completed, and are hooking up with the first online casino. Beyond this, I will say there is nothing. We will have to see the advances WINR makes to determine if they have the ability to market and sell the product. Up to August 31st, we could always fall back into the shell that WINR's product was not operational. Well, we are operational right now(as of 8/31/98) and able to sell and market the product, so there are no more excuses. I will be watching to see how WINR will grow and advance in this booming industry.
David is a good, young CEO who is new at this game. I am on his side, but I believe he has some things to learn about running a publicly traded company. I have expressed my concern about better PR, amongst other things. We will be moving slowly until shown otherwise.

The industry's future is still as solid as we have been saying. WINR is developing itself and ready to roll. David is as anxious as anyone holding shares is for this company to start to rock and roll. David is learning that no matter how great he knows his system is, he has to appropriately play the game of showing others what he claims. He is very confident that working with interBet will start a potential avalanche. The power of WINR is yet to be felt.
