The affair has already been made public. We'll see who was responsible, and why. For example, if it was the WH, it may be bad publicity for them, but is it illegal? If it was the WH, and it is seen as attempting to intimidate the committee, Clinton is history, even if the "leak" was legal.

My issue is not with Hyde's affair being brought to the public notice, but that it was done to deflect attention from the Clinton crisis. We need to deal with this issue on its merits, and not cloud it with un-related smoke. Hyde can be dealt with after the Clinton issue is decided.
