offers more than one site) is the Excite Network, which encompasses city.net,
excite.com, mckinley.com and webcrawler.com

Top 25 Web Sites: The top 25 web sites are based on unduplicated audience
reach. Top sites are from Media Metrix' At Home and At Work samples.

Reach Definition & Example: The percent of web-active individuals (i.e.
individuals in the Media Metrix sample) that visited a site once in the given
month. Individual visits are unduplicated (not counted twice). For example,
If a site has a 2% reach that means that 2% of web-active individuals visited
that site within the given month.

Unique Visitors: The actual number of total users who visited the web site
once in the given month. All Unique Visitors are unduplicated (only counted
once) and are in thousands. Each reach point represents approximately 400,000
unique visitors, but this number varies each month.
