I am glad to see you concur
or
Tons of Nature

Tons of Nature is a dietary supplement.

That means we should have no more silly talk about Mars, about chewing gum, about any use of the product as a food additive. It is essentially a product approved by the Indian. This means it is good for nothing, people can buy stevia cheaper and get the same result.

You can see from the SEC filings that no attempt is being made to get Tons of Nature "approved" as a food additive, none at all. They can't sell the chewing gum, they can't even call it a sweetener, it is a dietary supplement, nothing more. Americans have the right to consume anything they want in their diet, as long as the "historical use is substantiated (Ask the Indian), and the manufacturer believes it is safe (Ask the Indian).

No need for the FDA to change their policies.

Perhaps you can lobby the FDA to change it's criteria concerning dietary supplements.

It may be better for more to understand the existing policies...

Therefore you can put chiropractors out of business the same
time you do AZNT.

Do you do the books for any chiropractors? Are you suggesting they depend upon supplement sales? The chiropractor I see does not offer prducts for sale, but instead derives his entire income from adjustments, you know, what he is trained to do. I will appreciate more information from an accounting view that you maintain.
