Ms. Shell,
Now that Mr. Mitchell has admitted that his claims about an arbitration hearing and judgement were not true and due to his poor understanding of arbitration and due process. Can you tell me why you went ahead and stated (via PM's) that you were going ahead and posting it anyway? Do you concur with Mr. Mitchell that you were fabricating the stories? Do you now admit to be just a Wellrich shill in this matter?
What about addressing that Wellrich had an account and inventory of AZNT stock? When Mr. Shurr, their broker/dealer left, they were not legally able to deal securities, yet they called AZNT 144 shareholders and requested they sell their 144 shares! Was that legal? The shares were used to cover Mr. Marchese's short but were REJECTED at the TA! Can you tell us why Ms. Shell? What was the problem with the medallion signature? In truth Ms. Shell, you are still acting as a Wellrich shill, aren't you? Like Mr. Jihad before you, you run from the truth you claim you are here to uncover. Your contention that the "only" way for Mann to cover "was" through "Mr. Sylver"! Yet, you told us Marchese took over Mr. Mann's short at 5/8 ! "Only way"(??) , The restraining order clearly states that Mr. Mann must cover his short and return the shares to the TA by Sept. 30th.
When will Mr. Oswald be making his appearance here? When will you be "scanning & procuring" the 'order to compel' for us? Perhaps you can just tell us that you concur with Mr. Mitchell that your contentions about arbitration hearings and judgements were fabricated only in an attempt to manipulate the AZNT market with hype and misinformation.
