I still say that it would be good plan for the bond holders to get control of the company in the event that the court rules against the plan. Cheap insurance. With the tremendous volume in this stock from time to time, I would venture a guess that there is a party that has in excess of 5% of the company. However, you will note that there has never been a SEC Form 13 filed. Why would we expect them to comply at this point anyway. They apparently do whatever they want to anyway.
