Starr evidence to be censored for Lewinsky's sake
By Hugo Gurdon in Washington

telegraph.co.uk

Excerpt:

Video tape of Mr Clinton's grand jury testimony on his affair with Miss Lewinsky is expected to be released later today and immediately broadcast on American television. In response to a request from Miss Lewinsky's lawyers, members of the House of Representatives' judiciary committee also decided to hold back several details in order to protect her and her family from the humiliation of full disclosure.

After examining documents in a guarded strong room with congressional colleagues, one shocked member of the judiciary committee said: "People think Judge Starr's report contained details, but believe me, it did not. Many of these details do not belong in the public domain."

So... apparently we ain't seen nothin' yet.

Once again, the entire Republican party thanks you, Mr Clinton.
