Yes, clinton did wrong by lying under oath, that is the felony commited, and reason for impeachment. The other is a more political thing, as if he had taken the 5th, people could have guessed that things were far worse that they are, They may have been worried that he was into something very kinky & illegal into itself. The best case would have been if he had come clean, told the truth, and not been re-elected. also, Congress just decided to release the tapes, that may give gold a pop later in the day. rh
