I agree that Jubak is losing money on his sunk cash but that doesn't make LSI a bad buy now. Sometimes you have to be willing to average down when you think a company will turn around one day. Obviously this isn't a short term trading strategy, but averaging down on stocks in this situation is a good way to improve one's return from what would be earned by sitting on an existing position.
