Paul,
Re: Chaplinsky, he was also one of the biggest supporters of RMBS. I'm sure you've posted opinions about the company in the past, but for a newer member of the Intel thread what is your opinion of Rambus technology? Are you an investor in RMBS?

Thanks,

JB

<<Chaplinsky tried to make a BIG name for himself in May/June of this year issuing a report that Intel was about to make an immediate announcement of another Earnings Shortfall.>>

And whaddaya know, Intel reported a number within a penny of what Rob forecast (and he was low on the Street), closer than anyone else. A rumor I heard was that the only reason Intel didn't preannounce the quarter was because of an effort to make Rob look bad, although I doubted that Intel cared what Rob had to say either way. His status as former Investor Relations man at Intel led to speculation that he had an inside source in Intel finance.

Only one data point, however, that's why I said he warranted a closer look, a look we won't get now.
