When I have a problem that pisses me off I go straight to the top! I'm persistent until I get to see/speak to #1. As a former (?) shareholder, and a N customer, what you have to say counts. Forget the local yokels. You gave them their shot and they blew it. From your post it seems they don't really care. A call from you to Akerson and from Akerson to them, will get their _ss in gear. Insist on speaking to #1!

When you call customer care do you get incident # CRITICAL for calling back.Keep in mind i can fix most problems in 5 minutes with customer care.I have 160 units with 3 nams on like 25 units and I do 5 swaps a day between upgrading lingos to galaxy to eagles and customer care is doing a great job for me but it has been a learning process biggest problem I have nextel customer care always wants to treat everyone as a beginner.Good luck Post the problem and I will see if I can HELP.I can't help if you don't have a signal.Rick
