Thanks NYBB. By trend it looks like ZITL should be trading closer to 2 now. Level II access sounds quite informative. If I become more involved in trading and investments, Level II sounds like the route to go toward understanding the market actions.

I listened in on V-Call at

Registration is without charge. I see Zitel is
listed as a recent call yet, so I would hope
the playback is still available via internet.
I hope that connects you. Jack King was very
measured in his speaking. He improved the
sound of his delivery with much more hopefulness
in his voice than in past calls. Recapping, MD loses
multiples of revenues as does ZITL. I think they
indicated they would give the first full combined financial report
the first quarter of 1999. If I recall it would be
because the would not formally consummate the
combination in time for Zitel's December annual
report.
