otot I don't think that is enough of a punishment I rather enjoyed Ishtar and Waterworld. Postalworld was MUCH worse- but a truly horrendous torture would be to force him to watch Titanic over and over again- [possibly in a room wall papered in pictures of Leonardo Di Caprio]

Trey we have an empirical case for intelligence testing as a prereq for public office<G> For what purpose ? The intelligent dont want the office. And you already have the idiots there. maybe instead of public flogging for clinton, we could just lock him in a room, tie him to a chair, force his eyes open and make him watch ishtar and waterworld over and over again...maybe for a month. we can feed him intravenously, and attach a catheter<G>. Well to make it complete, you should include the, as you say, little fat girl who couldnt get a date<G>.
