Mr. Steubing was Vice President/Secretary of Great Plains and now he suddenly appears as the CFO and Director of Caye Chapel. The story of all of these wells formerly belonging to both Great Plains and Ginco is too long to relate here on the thread. Let's just say many of these wells have been the subject of a great deal of discussion, oversight and legal proceedings between the companies involved and the Texas Railroad Commission. Offie
