That is the new corporation which will handle all the TB accounting and South American ventures that involve World touch and noram( future joint ventures on unreleased projects), im pretty sure it was talked about briefly in one of the last new releases, and or the Presidents report. Noram owns 50% and World Touch owns 50 % of EBG It just makes the whole thing alot easier then trying to run all the paper work through two companies.
