I've been a reader here for a bit but I'll take a guess. After Bill's little "I'm sorry"(that I didn't .....) speech and after Judge Starr's Penthouse report, Mr. Market took the market up, (relativly - Mr. Market had the market where he wanted it before these news items). Mr. Market doesn't want the blame of a falling market to fall on Bill . Don't forget, Mr. Market helped elect Bill. And (while I'm a Democrat) when those very establishment types (Mr. Market - right?)choose an unknown liberal over a GHWBush I scratch my head. On this I say up (50-60 pts) on Monday, then some other news and later maybe a correction?
