But, does 'relationship' pay your bills??? Are customers going to pay higher prices for your books just because they like to hang at your website? Would they buy more stuff just because you have a friendly website? Nah, 'relationship' is not where the money is.

Selling shares to momentum investors - now there you are talking some real money! Also while selling shares, sell some junk bonds at heavy discount. Might as well, as long as there are fools with money!! HeHeHe..

I agree with you 90%. The only reason I won't give you the other 10% is because this news was put out by Zdnet. The Internet's public relations arm. Do you know one thing that Zdnet never talks about?
Profits!!!
In a few years when Bezos needs more money, will they lend it to him because of his relationships? Or his balance sheet? You seem to think, it's the former.
