I also beleive someone is playing with us. I was watching real quotes all day and shortly after lunch the bid showed as .20 and the ask was .30 and then slowly the bid came up until it shook some shares loose at .24 and .25. I just think people got nervous with the movements we've seen recently and then the bid at .20. I hope this means PR is coming and MM's are shaking the trees for shares. Who knows? If half of what we know is true we should be higher sooner.
