This is a direct email from skinner on Friday afternoon concerning many questions and should be not viewed as my opinion.

1. We have not received any transaction fees from interbet or any other operation as of yet. Only when we go online live with them and everyone else will we receive
any revenue.

2. The TISS deal is still in place and will be interfacing our systems
shortly.

3. The Oct. 1 deadline will be reached with no delays
