Interesting. Too bad that the two that I am in are not on that list. Naturally! Just last month there were rumours that Gold funds were going to have to close and would return their investor's money. What happened? Are American Gold Funds allowed to short? Maybe that's how they made their returns cause the stocks and metals certainly haven't gone up that much.

The numbers must be from some year other than 1998, since FGLDX is currently at $1.75.
