I wouldn't buy more until we know what we're dealing with here.
There are plenty of buys out there now of viable working companies and
my opinion is that any money spent here is likely to be dead for awhile. Check out this post from someone who is handier with a search

Looks like the Sani-tech of New Jersey is probably our boy. The
phone number is no good any longer. They have been through the wringer
with the SEC and their former site makes the county list for some sort
of contamination. Now I didn't think we were dealing with anything more than a shell here in the first place but it would be nice to know
if someone is after the shell or if someone is just trading the stock
for the hype of it. If it comes to light that someone is accumulating
for the purpose of acquiring the shell that might be something but short of that this stock has no material reason to rise, regards,p.b.
