You are turning the argument on it's head. My point is there is no legal prohibition for individual members to release this material. Furthermore, I suspect that this material just like any other non-classified material could be obtained by an citizen under the Freedom of Information Act. The best and most direct approach is to release the material in it's entirety (with the possible exception of redacting names of individuals who were not part of the investigation). bp
