Wow!

How did the Fiero Brothers catch this and prove it?

OT: FSCO wins a round sez A@P

I am glad to hear that there are mechanisms to identify market manipulation...up or down
as an ex-hippie & Zenmind beginner who ardently believes in karma...
or for the Western mind "what goes around comes around".

If Fiero got their short burned by a manipulated buy-in they may deserve
redress. I'm heartened by the prospects of the other side: if MMs were selling
shares to each other in a dizzying downward spiral on Tuesday Aug.4 picking off
the stop losses and sell stops of everybody down to 5.63 in response to or in
league with Asensio's release lopping half a billion dollars off the market cap
at one point during that day....you can guess the rest, and the damages could dwarf
Fiero's 400K award.

If you recall the stock gapped down. There were obviously order imbalances...
and there must be a record of who was selling to whom.
Go! regulators, sleuths, and TRBD's NY law firm in their investigations!

BTW, as fascinated as I am by the machinations of the market makers, maybe this discussion should be taken elsewhere. It's not TRBD specific.

Why don't you send me a PM where you can discuss Fiero in more detail.

Anthony,

What do think is happening at TRBD these days ?

Is the recent jump in price just a blip ?

Or are the Q3 earnings going to punish the stock down to 2.00 ?

We have not heard much from you so alot of us TRBD threaders were wondering if you are still following this story or in other words have you covered here or will it go lower ?
