I think you are right too - I hadn't seen the Merck release and it is more likely the reason for the jump in AGPH, or at least the final spurt past 30. Here is the link

Rick,
When you own shares of a quality company at a valuation that assumes no positive news good surprises are bound to happen. I believe the stock will continue to be strong as the Viracept sales data continues to outperform expectations. If Remune has strong positive data later this year fasten your seat belt.
