(NIR.TSE) is pleased to report that it has reached an agreement to supply Trans World Airlines (TWA) with its environmentally friendly line of paint stripping products. TWA has recently changed its corporate logo and is in the midst of stripping and repainting its entire fleet of approximately 200 aircraft. The company has placed an initial order to supply them through to year-end and will continue to order throughout 1999. With an estimated 5 drums of SV-35 required per plane this relationship is expected to make a significant contribution to Napier's sales figures over the next few quarters. Napier's sales and marketing effort has continued to make significant strides throughout the airline industry. Some of these milestones are summarized as follows: * Sales have sustained month over month growth at greater than 20% per month since January 1998. * The number of active accounts has increased from 20 to 79 during the same time period. * Napier's broad sales base now covers 30 American states with major refurbishing accounts being supplied in several of those. * While TWA was the first major airline to give approval, numerous national airlines, OEM's and major refurbishers are in the approval process for testing Napier's friendly line of stripping products. Company management anticipates further agreements shortly. * Napier has stocked warehouse facilities to service this growth in Texas, California and North Carolina and is currently stocking facilities in Illinois in anticipation of increased demand for its products. * Napier's Research & Development team are in the final stages of making ready for market two complimentary products for the aircraft refurbishing industry. Having achieved such significant success and widespread product acceptance in the heavily regulated aircraft industry, the Company is in the final stages of preparation for launching the paint strippers into the Canadian retail and heavy industrial markets with partner ICI Canada Inc. During the last 30 days, Napier's technical team have completed several product development modifications to ensure optimum efficacy of the product for application by paint brush and roller predominantly for use in the home renovation market and the removal of architectural coatings. This is in addition to the sprayer applications used for automotive, aircraft and industrial maintenance. Having achieved this objective Napier has delivered the product parameters to cover every significant potential market for the ICI Canada launch. This final preparation will enable ICI to proceed with their initial warehouse orders. The commencement of this new revenue stream is expected to increase the Company's month over month growth rate above the already-impressive 20% per month sustained since January 1998.
