Hi Walter - There is no audited information right now. The Form 10SB filing which contains all of the audited financials, etc. will (hopefully) be submitted to the SEC late next week. I say "hopefully" because Robert Kubbernus, the CEO, is traveling this week and next, so it's contingent on his being able to get together with the lawyers and finalizing things. If all goes well, and depending on how fast the SEC moves, Jaws could be a fully reporting company by November 1. Barrie Einarson bbruin@home.com
