Was I a little hasty N my previous comment??....Probably NOT. I sold 1/2 my PO sition when it "rallied"???? to 4 1/4 couple weeks ago. Am sick & tired of being sick & tired of holdin onto this SIC ol DOG. News release after STUPID news release. The Street has been saying for years: "Its the EARNINGS.....STUPID". Ken

Rumor has it (from the YAHOO thread) that PLCM may have lost a lawsuit to VTEL or VTEL may have filed a lawsuit against PLCM. From the PLCM YAHOO thread: "...I follow V-tel and noticed an unusual reversal today. I then noticed that PLCM dropped hard. I tried to call PLCM headquarters and keep getting busy signals. So, just conjecture, but could PLCM have lost their longstanding lawsuit with V-tell? I can't come up with anything else to explain today..." "...RE: Why the big run up yesterday if losing a lawsuit today I don't know either. Maybe they thought they would win? These are the guys that broke off from VTEL right? All I know for sure is that was a mighty fall on 4 times the daily ave. vol. and investor relations was not answering. ..." I believe some former VTEL engineers left VTEL to work at PLCM. ================================================================== I am still quite frustrated with VTEL as PLCM has continued to sign new distribution and marketing agreements and VTEL has done nothing!
