Well, j_b,

My view of the situation is that Mr. Hyde should feel hypocritical when assuming he has the right to judge someone whose activities closely mirrors his own misconduct.......possibly he committed a "crime" if adultery was illegal in Illinois at the time of his affair. I understand there've been antiquated laws on the books(unenforced) until fairly recently. He did respond when questioned by reporters that "the statute of limitations had expired on his youthful digression."......probably just a euphemism.
