Electronics Arts and 3dfx sign deal to make game console...

Now that would be cool! Imagine a game console that allows you to use PC games. Isn't this the ultimate extension of their entertainment platform idea anyway? Thoughts anyone?

P.S. What are the Budweiser Frog boys up to? Can't be cheap.-One more thing that management isn't talking about.

I hate to mention this; it really isn't much, but I am looking for good news here :) TDFX bounced off of 8 very quickly and even with yesterdays market has held up fairly well. I know...it ain't much to say that we have a good deal of support at 9, but...looking for good news here.

Also, I do believe that V2 cards are still selling. This past month has seen more V2 card lineups and "we compare 12 V2 card" type articles than ever. And inventory levels are MUCH lower (from my unscientific research) than they were(perhaps this quarter of non-buying will clean everybody out). Provided we still have a few on shelves (to meet immediate demand at any given time), we should see more chip buying/cardmaking in the coming months to up the inventory levels. $99/no bundle V2 would really save the day. Hell, even if they could make standard retail w/bundle $149 in the stores we would be a whole lot better off. Then an in store rebate to do SLI at $250?
