I don't buy any of that, i.e., that Starr has not been gathering evidence for the purpose of bringing indictments. Here is Starr's problem. If he hands down indictments before Slick is out of there, Slick will issue pardons. It's too obvious to anyone paying attention that there are mounds of evidence of a pattern of criminal behavior by the Clinton's and their cronies.
