Can you imagine on a 500 points down day and the server is down, at least I can go to the other 2 firms ... YES, not only can I imagine it, I close to lived it what 2 weeks ago when they first fumbled. They say timing is everything. Well, my timing ain't the best, couple that in with a server that can't help you when you do get the right time, and that's the end of that opportunity. Wait....wait,....maybe it'll come again. But absolutely, gotta' have a back up plan in place. Thanks for bringing that to light.
