This indirectly lends support to your Lucent speculation: Analyst Thomas Kurlak expects "significant new opportunities" for the communications-oriented chip suppliers, as part of a broader trend in which he sees the communications equipment industry usurping the personal computer business "as the key driver of semiconductor growth," according to the report.

REH, If Lucent or Mot jumps in RMBS bandwagon, I agree with you that there will be a large spike. Still concerned though about the sluggy overseas markets. * OT * To Don : no, I live in Paris (and I am back there now, KLM is far better than British airways !) Regards, MiB
