As Ish pointed out, it sure is strange. The more I think about it, the more I'm concerned. Jimmy Carter is not a fool and has an education making him a Nuclear Physicist or close to it. With those thing in mind along with his political knowledge and compassion of the human race, the man isn't blurting this out without due consideration. He must have been approached with information that was convincing enough to raise some considerable questions.

Not wanting to be an alarmist, but, in my mind I can't see the reasoning for preventing an investigation. Matter of fact, the reasoning given by the administration is puzzling.
