If anyone is still around this makes wonderful reading. It makes Bossard sound like an absolute lunatic. Still leaves the question of getting the $$ from Winstar unanswered. Looks like delisting from Nasdaq is next. What a fantastic soap opera. I especially like the part where the Congressman thinks it would be a nice gesture to collect only $100,000 this year instead of $200,000 for promoting LMDS association in Washington.
