Doug,

Clinton made some tactical mistakes in the heat of battle.

He should not have agreed to testify before the grand jury.
He could legitimately do this because he was the subject of the investigation.

Second he should not have agreed to videotape his deposition.

Of course he should not have gone on TV with the wag the finger
theatrics.

Now he should not abandon his legal defenses regardless of what he decides to do. They will murder him.
