Without knowing too much about Diamond's flash player just yet
I would say no patent issues exist because Norris' patents have to do
with the Norris OS and not the construction of a device.From what I
understand of it as long as their system for organizing flash memory
is different from Norris' there's no infringement. However,they are
getting a leg up on the competition and that includes Norris and their
OEM partners. They are taking orders now-in two weeks they begin selling units and making money in addition to becoming the name to beat. That means something in the market place. Will Norris be able to answer the challenge? Let's hope so,regards,p.b.
