window closed before I could complete previous message (again): Nice article about LSI's prospects at informedinvestors.com (need to order it for I think $15 for the guy's analysis - the 'guy' is the famous Charles Boucher from DLJ - says LSI is one of his 3 very best bets over next 2-3 years - unfortunately no charts, copies of slides etc with the transcript that I ordered (and no target which looks like it was on one of the overheads!) , also near term says VLSI is one of best bets thru end of year - oops!). The presentation took place in July '98. Warming up those vocal chords - do re me... but first remember to gargle well - take your own sweet time so that everyone first gets truly disgusted and leaves - Mandarin say "Better preparation today for Kick Butt Woodstock tomorrow" <g>

Shane, I don't have $15 bucks to spare anymore.....I'm a poor LSI investor now. I'll have to see that report in the charts, if it has any influence on the stock at all......I'll know :) Still, to keep amused, I can deduce things from the free information offered at the LSI site. For example, LSI will be announcing their earnings right in the middle of this event: digitalphotoforum.com but,..I'm still working on what to deduce from this. <g> I see the Adobe chief is the keynote speaker.....any Adobe fans here? Say, you need to tell Alan about the LSI/computer thing. He's the expert on weird stuff on this thread; he knows they're out there. Hmmmmmmmm, come to think of it, we haven't heard from Alan in a long time............ I hope he doesn't work at a zoo. <G> E!
