Term limits and career politicians

The original founders all had to work for a living.

Getting rid of all these career politicians would
clear up a lot of the problems with the system, bring in
a continuous stream of fresh talent and ideas and allow for a more dynamic system.

Guys like Hyde and Helms are shoe-ins every election, they plop the fat asses in a committee chairmanship and it takes a
bullbozer to move them, they can be senile and be elected every year because of the power they possess.

Many of these pompous old men would have been given early retirement by most corporations to make room for more talented, brighter individuals.
