Now that you bring up the issue of our PMs, let me say that yes I am disappointed that you turned down my offer to establish a civilized relationship between you and I. People who know me on SI know full well that I am a man of my word and that a few non emotional PM will lead to mutual respect and a better understanding of each other's position.
