I would think that Trans Capital, Aiwa, and Sanyo would have something to say about that. You see, they all are invested in Castlewood and have material interest in seeing Orb succeed. Syed did a smart thing, and wasn't afraid to give up a share of his company to outside interests early on. This insures a strong product launch and broad support.

In fact, Sanyo has a VCR-type product that will be available for sale before Christmas that uses an Orb drive to capture digital video and audio. Aiwa is going to product Orb drives as well, because Trans Capital's production capacity has not been enough for Syed's needs.
